Lindford’s Services

Lindford Consulting provide specialist construction commercial, dispute and resolution services for parties entering into construction contracts. Our objectives are to gain the best commercial outcomes for you, our client. Should you find yourself in formal proceedings we aim to ensure you are in the strongest position possible.

The nature of the service provided will often depend on the issues and requirements of each project. We do not differentiate between client types. Indeed, it is not uncommon for us to provide the same service to different clients. Whether contractor, sub-contractor, end-user or employer, we strive to provide the best possible advice in matters of cost and quantum.

Our core skills and knowledge enable us to forensically analyse complex project issues. These often include liability and quantum disputes relating to:

• Extensions of time and prolongation claims.
• Loss and Expense resulting from disruption.
• Works scope changes resulting in increased cost.

Why Lindford?

Our expertise comes from many years’ quantity surveying experience. We have resolved many final account and cost issues, and provided contractual and legal support where parties are in dispute. We pride ourselves on our first-hand project experience. Our ability to interpret the contract requirements and thorough understanding of construction law place us in a prime position to be able to support you.
